Return & Refund Policy

At Goddess Athena, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the item:
- Is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Has all original tags attached.
- Is in its original packaging.
- Is in the same condition as when it was received.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Worn or washed lingerie.
- Underwear or panties that have been tried on or worn.
- Opened intimate apparel where hygiene seals have been removed.
- Gift cards.
- Final sale or clearance items (unless defective).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Process
To start a return:
- Contact our customer support team with your order number.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions.
- Securely package the item and ship it to the provided return address.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items if you wish to receive a different size, color, or replacement, subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our mistake, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
